Why was my card declined?

Can I withdraw to a different method?
Normally you withdraw to the method you deposited with. Where that method cannot receive payments — prepaid vouchers, phone billing — the cashier will ask for an alternative.
Are there fees?
The operator does not usually charge for deposits or withdrawals. Your own provider might, and crypto transfers carry a network fee.
Why is my withdrawal still pending?
It is in the review queue, most often waiting on verification documents. Requesting a payout while a bonus requirement is still active also puts it on hold.
Can I use someone else's account or card?
No. Payments must come from an account in your own name; third-party transfers are rejected under anti-money-laundering rules.
